Palo Santo Holy Wood for Smudging

Palo Santo, also known as Holy Wood, has been used for centuries by Shamans and spiritual seekers.

It’s fragrant smoke helps bring energetic cleansing, protection, and raises your vibration. It is an ideal aid for meditation and increasing the body’s energy flow.

**Light the end, shake or blow it out, and “bathe” yourself, rooms, or objects in the smoke. Repeat as necessary. Of course, remember to be cautious because you are playing with fire!

Our palo santo is harvested by a group of indigenous peoples authorized by the Ecuadorian government to insure its sustainability.
